2 Bedroom – 30 Day Stay @ Sigmabase (Apt.315)

I stayed at Sigmabase Apartments by Heristays for over a month, and it was genuinely one of the most comfortable, convenient, and well-thought-out stays I’ve had. The apartment felt less like temporary accommodation and more like a home within a private resort setting. One major highlight is that everything is within the same campus a gym, swimming pool, spa, and restaurant, all just a short walk away. The environment itself is lush, green, calm, and incredibly serene, making it easy to relax despite being so centrally located. Speaking of location, Sigmabase is very central and walkable, which we absolutely loved. We enjoy walking, and the area made it easy and safe to do so. It was especially perfect during our Detty December stay, close to concerts, events, and major hangout spots. After shows, when Uber surge prices were outrageous and it wasn’t so late, my wife and I would simply walk back to the apartment, enjoying the fresh air, taking pictures along the Zenith Bank Christmas lights and getting our steps in. That convenience alone made the location a huge win for us. There’s also a really cool, relaxed space between the reception and the restaurant where I received some of my visitors. Other times, we just used the restaurant itself. Having multiple comfortable meeting spots within one campus was very convenient. Although my mobile network provider didn’t work very well in the area, this was never a problem because they provide reliable 24/7 free Wi-Fi. It worked perfectly for me even while streaming on Netflix. Another deciding factor for us and something that truly sets Sigmabase apart from a typical hotel was the in-room amenities. Having a fridge, microwave, and hot plate allowed us to order food in bulk, store it, and heat meals anytime we wanted. That flexibility made a long stay much more comfortable and cost-effective. At one point, I urgently needed to print a sensitive document, and a staff member named Harrison personally escorted me to their admin block on the same campus, where they have offices and a hall available for rent. That level of care and willingness to help really stood out. The staff overall are young, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I’d especially like to appreciate Favor (the assistant manager) and Lilian, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and well supported throughout our stay. Lilian basically convinced us to pick Sigmabase when we deliberating about several options, she was also always the one we felt comfortable bringing our challenges to and she always resolved them in a timely and cheerful manner. Favor would always leave her office and personally ensure our needs were met, she always made us feel really special. They were our favorite people, and their responsiveness and attention to detail made the experience even better. In summary, Sigmabase Apartments offers comfort, convenience, great service, and an excellent location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lagos.

The apartment was welcoming, clean, comfortable and very secure. We stayed at one of the studio apartments with a kitchen which included dishes and pots so you could cook if you prefer. The responsiveness and attentiveness of the staff impressed me and it showed that they really cared about the well being of the residents. We were there for about 5 days and enjoyed our time. It’s a place I would love to come back to and highly recommend it for your stay away from home.

Located in a prime area of Victoria Island, Lagos. It’s a big building with many rooms and is ideal if you’re looking to get shortlets for a group event. The room is equipped with the essentials of a shortlet - microwave, fridge, cooker, cutleries and utensils etc. They also give access to WiFi. There are other facilities within the compound, such as a Spa, A La Carte restaurant, a pool - that makes it worth staying at - and you can take a walk, cycle or drive to get supplies around the location. Major locations like Eko Hotel and Suites, ColdStone, Dominos, EbonyLife Place etc are about 5-15 mins away from the apartments. There’s a lot more potential that they can achieve with their property. I expected it to be buzzing with more people during this festive season - but that might just be my POV because I only spent a night there.

We had a great experience staying at Sigmabase, it was central to most tourist locations around, constant power supply, room cleaning service was good. Their admin staffs were welcoming and had a great customer service. They respond aptly to complains to get things done👌 Overall, our stay was enjoyable and peaceful.

The staff were very accommodating, they kindly allowed me both a late check-in and a late checkout at no extra cost, which made my stay very convenient. The apartment was comfortable and well-kept, and I appreciated the warm and professional service.
