12:11 Restaurant

I didn’t bring my money to come eat atmosphere. First off your staff looks way unhappy, and underpaid. It reflects in their deliverance to service non is smiling and they all look work out or under duress. It took you guys more than an hour to deliver pasta and rice and yet order was brought incomplete. The first order was mixed up had to send it back instead of samosa brought me spring roll. Lastly your drink menu it’s a lot written there but a handful available please you guys do better! This isn’t the 12:11 I know! You have lost standard no wonder the place looked empty on a Sunday. Before I forget change your chef ! The wild rice I know isn’t what was delivered! This was too tasteless , chicken too Dry. And why is your new menu unnecessary expensive that doesn’t correlate with the portion of food ? You guys please don’t be ridiculous ! Definitely not coming again .

Interesting place, nice ambience BUT for these:- The service(the service people!!!!!?)!? Food availability!? Time management!!!? These elements need to be looked into and rectified | corrected or whatever needs to be done. I ordered a club sandwich, not available!!!!? No fries, they said, just wedges. No Irish potato, just sweet (this is after asking which we would prefer). I would love to recommend it really (great ambience, like I said earlier) and hope that service levels change for better.

I've never felt more ripped off. I got what was essentially ten chips and a tiny piece of chicken for 12K. I don't mind the price but at least give me something filling. This was like an entrée not a main. There was a dead fly on the table. This was after waiting nearly an hour for said food and still had the order mixed up.

Walked in here on a Sunday afternoon just after service. The restaurant was clean, quiet, simple decor with yellow highlights. For starters, we had samosa and spring rolls. This was really tasty. For the main dish, we had the 12:11 wild forest rice with plantains & peppered turkey, pork chops with sauté potatoes (Mad!!) paired with cranberry juice & ice. The food took almost an hour but I’ll say it’s because of what we ordered plus it’s made fresh. However, a little heads up and follow up would have been nice. Asides the unavailable juice/smoothies we wanted, this place is a great spot. The service was good, price was decent for its location and the food was good. I definitely recommend.
