2 months agoStayed here for 8 nights - the pool was great - the staff were great and the rooms were lovely and air Conditioning worked really well - would Definitely be my 1st choice for my next visit!

3 months agoFirst off, housekeeping is non existent. Haven't cleaned my room and no sheets either. Restaurant is awful! This place needs better management and better service. Look elsewhere. I would not stay here again. You have to beg for clean towels. Been using the same towels for days now. Bought my own toilet paper too. You get nothing but a small room. Netflix doesn't work either.

2 months agoIt's a lovely place enjoyed my stay all through and mr Harris and favour are goof in customer service and they've are so helpfully there food is a very nice and sweet as well excellent service

5 months agoIt’s a good place but their cleaners are thieves they stole my AirPod and they receptionist was talking to me like I was lying and that really upset me. They steal in that place so keep your valuables safe and don’t ever let them clean up if you’re not in your apartment
