4 weeks agoThe apartment was welcoming, clean, comfortable and very secure. We stayed at one of the studio apartments with a kitchen which included dishes and pots so you could cook if you prefer. The responsiveness and attentiveness of the staff impressed me and it showed that they really cared about the well being of the residents. We were there for about 5 days and enjoyed our time. It’s a place I would love to come back to and highly recommend it for your stay away from home.

3 months agoWe had a great experience staying at Sigmabase, it was central to most tourist locations around, constant power supply, room cleaning service was good. Their admin staffs were welcoming and had a great customer service. They respond aptly to complains to get things done👌 Overall, our stay was enjoyable and peaceful.

2 months agoThe staff were very accommodating, they kindly allowed me both a late check-in and a late checkout at no extra cost, which made my stay very convenient. The apartment was comfortable and well-kept, and I appreciated the warm and professional service.

5 months agoNice stay, cool environment. Gym and pool are cool too. Nice amenities. The studio room is so small compare to how it appears on the website. No washing machine in the room, and it was stated on the website that there is access to laundry machine. All in all, everything was good apart from the size of the room and no laundry machine.

2 months agoLillian’s service is professional and welcoming, for me to be filling this. I just had to do it, she’s excellent at what she does. The bed sizes can be better anyways but all in all the reception from Lillian is very commendable what a gem!
