10 months agoCame here on my holiday with a group of my friends. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the staff were. I loved the food and drinks. ESPECIALLY the drinks, their attention to detail is unmatched. Sadly I stay in Abuja, can’t wait to come back to Lagos so I can go there again

3 weeks agoWas recommended by friends, but a bit disappointing overall. Food wasn’t great, I got jollof rice and it could have been much better. Cocktails were great! Service was terrible, took 20 mins to order each item, and they came with a massive delay. Received order wasn’t correct either. They wouldn’t round down 30 naira when paid with cash, but would round up 270 naira instead.

6 years agoI had visited once with friends at night, but it didn’t feel like an actual experience. So, I went back there today with my partner and the manager took us round, it was an amazing experience. If you love cozy, warm and private, the house is definitely the place to be. It was dark inside, so we couldn’t take photos inside. Every room was a total experience and it had this intimate feel. You can literally sleep and cover up with duvet (we saw people doing this, so it’s an actual thing there). It’s indeed “The house”. I particularly love the food, it’s African and western at the same time. We ended up sitting outside. The waiters were very polite and we didn’t leave till late at night. The House is perfect for friends hangout, house party, lovers night out, if you love your privacy and like to be alone. A couple came with their kids (I didn’t think that was wise majorly because people were really smoking outside and I particularly felt the kids were too young to be inhaling all that). The only reason I am rating The House 4 star is because the music outside was too loud.
