Slow Lagos

Very aesthetic spot with great vibes and live music. Nice for drinks and small bites, but not ideal for main dishes. The Beef Milanese didn’t match the description — not crispy, beef was dry, and the mash lacked creaminess. Prawn salad was good, drinks were okay but a bit sweet. Better as a bar than a proper restaurant.

I had an amazing dinner here — everything was just perfect. The food was truly exceptional and the cocktails were incredible. Their risotto was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful atmosphere, top-notch service, and unforgettable flavors. Highly recommend! 👌🏽✨

You would not even know that there is a restaurant here. Even after parking inside, it still didn’t look like a restaurant, it looked like a big house, until we entered inside and voila! It is an aesthetically pleasing space, very spacious and well decorated. As soon as we entered, one of the waiters led us straight to our table and presented us with the menu almost immediately. Waiter was very friendly and had a smile on his face every time. The highlight for me was the food and cocktails. The cocktails were to die for! I thoroughly enjoyed my cocktail (I can’t remember the one I ordered tbh) and of course I had a taste of my husband’s too, it was really lovey. For food, I ordered the lamb chops with rice and my husband ordered the rib eye stake with potatoes. The food was so delicious! The lamb chops were very well seasoned, the rice tasted so nice too. I can’t fault the food and drinks to be honest. Our bill came to a total of #254,000 which I think is quite pricey. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars from me is because they didn’t allow flash photography. We went there for date night, I dressed up looking all cute and could not get one single photo in there because as soon as you enter, there’s a “no flash photography” sign written somewhere. I was told I could take a picture in the corridor, but the lighting there was not great and there was nothing exactly cute about the corridor, so it wasn’t worth it.

10/10 experience. One of the best places to go for great food, service and ambiance. SLoW makes me feel like I’m abroad due to the level of hospitality and atmosphere. Great job to the owner and staff! Highly recommend getting the Salmon on Peruvian Rice, and asking for pepper sauce for that extra tasty kick.

Very high standard of food and pastry. While the decor and service are impeccable, we found the place extremely noisy and the exposed concrete ceiling style doesn't help absorb any of the noise unfortunately. However, by 9:30 pm, the place had calmed down considerably.
