Upscale celebratory dining.
R.S.V.P. is a New American restaurant and bar located in Victoria Island, Lagos. From its industrial luxury design elements to its hidden bar and lounge behind the restaurant, R.S.V.P. is inspired by the prohibition era restaurants and bars in Manhattan NYC. R.S.V.P. began serving its first guests on November 26, 2014 and within a week,
had created an impression that rippled across the nation.
Great freshly made food, an excellent bar program and exceptional service, along with carefully curated music and world class design were elements that set the new standards in the city. R.S.V.P. is an upscale casual restaurant that has never compromised on its fundamental promise to its clients.
The following year, on November 26 2015, R.S.V.P. launched The Poolside. The Poolside is located behind the restaurant and is an open outdoor bar and lounge that offers diners a more casual, yet equally detail designed experience that focuses on music and entertainment while remaining true to the R.S.V.P. promise of excellent food, great drinks and stellar service.

2 months agoOne of our favorite spots in Lagos. Food was amazing — especially the salmon fillet, perfectly cooked with crispy skin and not dry at all. Drinks and desserts were great too. It does get quite noisy and the tables are wide, making conversation a bit hard, but overall a great place for dinner, drinks, and good vibes.

5 months agoLovely spot. Definitely for the well heeled. Quiet ambiance. Lovely japanese style food. A lot of western dishes as well. Follows the trend of amazing meals. My only complaint and this is more of a cultural thing- rare and medium rare do not exist. Most times your food is well done. Possibly a preference of the clientele. The location and the layout however more than make up for this small oversight.

a month agoAnother good spot for food on the island. Great options with seafood, lamb, Australian cuts and pasta but pls dont try the creamy mushrom pasta. Its rubbish. We asked the chef to re-check but he did not seem to care.

4 months agoIf you’re visiting Nigeria and looking for a spot with a serene atmosphere and a truly abundant dining experience, RSVP Lagos is the place to be. The chef has an incredible way of balancing and elevating flavors, making every dish feel special. My family and I arrived without a reservation, yet we were warmly welcomed, seated promptly, and attentively taken care of. The team even prepared a custom sauce just for me to accommodate my dietary restrictions—a thoughtful touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. The dessert was something else entirely—the coconut sorbet I ordered was absolutely mouthwatering and the perfect finish to the evening. I genuinely appreciated having a relaxing night out, free from dishes and full of delicious food. Would I go back? Absolutely. There are still so many tempting dishes on the menu waiting to be explored. The only downside was the absence of a baby changing room, which made it a bit challenging to change my 6-month-old.
