Always service with a smile. Staff are polite and friendly. Food is always fresh and hot. Quick service. Music is usually a little too loud, which is why I put 4 start for atmosphere, otherwise all good.
Burger tastes good enough for the price and size. It's a small burger. They have the best onion rings and chicken nuggets! The yam fries taste lovely but they have an odd colour, and sometimes the onion rings come out burnt.
The staff were very helpful, but i feel they would offer more if they actually know what the burgers taste like. You can tell when someone is explaining from being told and when thwy are explaining from personal experience and knowledge

So I went to the Burger King on Joel Ogunaike GRA on 2nd February 2025 and i was served by Amina.
I ordered 2 chicken wings 6 pcs each and 4 chicken wings 6pcs each was entered instead . So I asked for a refund of 2 chicken wings 6pcs each total of N12,800. I was given a number to call and I did immediately, I was also told it might take up till 7 days for the refund to reach my account that I provided. Up till today the 10th day. I haven’t heard back from anyone not to talk of receiving the refund. Burger King you can do better on that front.
