Amazing local delicacies. Friendly and conversational staff… especially till staff.
Finishing touches are missing in some areas. First, the toilet, toilet door not functional and not cleaned at enough intervals.
People also mill around a lot in the eating area and a bit humid, even though the air conditioner were on.
Update: Back here 9 Months later... off peak period. Yakoyo lost a star on food...the catfish i bought is almost inedible due to too much salt or other seasoning. Lets call this a glitch... I'll be back. As service got additional star and staff are friendly.
Waiting time was long even though one had to stand in a queue it was kind of orderly.. The place was also hot. The food was very tasty, though.
Parking here is a headache, like seriously. Don't even try parking in front of the place because you would not find any parking. It is better to park on the street, though you would most likely have to walk there.
Kai! I enjoyed the food.... Especially the Amala (Abula: a combination of Amala, ewedu, gbegiri and omiobe) environment at service position was a bit dark, choke and rowdy, that area need more lighting. Eating area is ok with nice set up.
Nice food. The serving area is not rowdy and looks executive. Eating space has TV screen, Moderate Air conditioning and lightening. I love their chairs, really cushion and spacious. Highly recommended for family. They have most Nigerian local foods.
I went here to have an abula (Amala and soup) treat and i was not disappointed, the food was deliciously made and the highlight of the visit was that the food was so affordable for the value that was delivered.
Order is done downstairs and is usually with a large but organized crowd of people. However the eat-in area on the next floor is well relaxed and less rowdy.
Food is very affordable and tastefully made.
Budget ranges from as low as 600naira for a good plate of food and NGN1000 for an elaborate treat.
Good service
