Wakame Asian Kitchen & Lounge

Wakame felt incredibly warm and cozy. The decor was lovely, and the whole place had a great, inviting feel. Especially the lighting, which was soft and just right. The music was also perfect; quiet and not too loud, which made it easy to relax and chat. I can't even remember if we heard music, lol. The wait staff were good too, attentive and helpful. For my food, I had the beef tenderloin with jasmine rice, and it was amazing! The beef was super tender and cooked perfectly, and the sauce was delicious. My friend ordered noodles, but they didn't really like theirs; it might have just been that type of noodle or maybe they just didn't like it. The only real downside was the wait. Our drinks came fast, but it took about 40 minutes for our main dishes to arrive, which was a bit long. Still, I enjoyed the experience overall!

I recently celebrated my best friend’s birthday at Wakame Asian Kitchen & Lounge, and it was such a memorable experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, the ambience immediately set the perfect tone — elegant yet relaxed, with lighting and décor that made it feel both intimate and vibrant at the same time. We ordered a variety of meals so we could all try something different, and every single dish delivered on flavor, freshness, and presentation. You could taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite, and the portion sizes were just right. The food was beautifully plated, with a great balance of textures and tastes that made it hard to pick a favorite. A special mention goes to their fresh orange juice 🍊 — it was honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere! Perfectly chilled, naturally sweet, and so refreshing. The staff were attentive without hovering, ensuring we had everything we needed while allowing us to enjoy our celebration. It’s clear they put thought into both their food and the overall dining experience. Wakame isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a place where great food meets great vibes. I can’t wait to come back for another meal here. 🌟✨

It was a wonderful experience. The food and service were excellent. A special thank you to Kevin for his outstanding service, his gracious attitude, and the extra care he showed that made our staying there truly memorable.

We had an excellent meal in the restaurant yesterday . The Biryani has been consistently excellent for years and that’s why we keep going back. But this visit was made even better by our handsome, courteous and generally fantastic waiter Kevin, brilliant banter, very attentive, made sure we were well fed and all on time for our flight.
