Toast Coffee and Bites

It's difficult to think of a more beautifully presented café or coffee shop in Lagos. That is how visually appealing Toast is. What an absolute gem. But, it's Eko Hotel. Ultimately. The prices are steep, and your bill will ramp up quickly, watering the eyes and blurring the otherwise visual treat you savored initially. Buyer beware.

After finishing my meal, I requested takeout from other bakeries. When I arrived home, I found that the cake I ordered was missing. I couldn't find the restaurant's phone number anywhere on the Internet, so I sent the driver to the restaurant first. When the driver arrived at the restaurant and explained the situation over the phone, I was able to get my cake back. No one even apologized for the situation and we felt incredibly uncomfortable. I believe that service improvement in this area is absolutely necessary.

The ambience was well lit and calm. The customer service was top notch. The waiter was very helpful in a respectful manner and well spoken. I enjoyed the snack I had too. Over all it’s a very good experience.
