a month agoBad experience. Bought some pounded yam takeaway. Badly made. too soft. The taste was horrible. It was sour. Infact I bought two pieces but eat only half of one. Fish very dry.

6 months agoThe Place Restaurant is located at 1 Adeola Odeku St, Victoria Island, Lagos , Nigeria. Just opposite the magnificent Cocharis building. It sits at a strategic location, just by the junction with the famous Ahmadu Bello Way. Thier food is very nice and affordable. They have wide array of varieties to choose from.

a year agoThe restaurant is okay, just like every usual The Place restaurant; the queue, the menu and the sitting arrangements and I think the price is also the same with other outlets on the Mainland; not that location determines their price.

a year agoI came there with family and friends to celebrate a loved one. It was very difficult to get space to fit the entire group the place was fully packed and it was a hassle to move chairs around. And we had to keep shouldering people off so they won't seat on our chairs while we are ordering. Ordering food was a hassle but I have to commend the servers. With the rush they were having the still managed to be nice and you can see they were trying their best to attend to everyone. I wish they would allocate space for groups. The menu was great but I don't understand why no ice cream or burgers. Lastly the taste of the food was amazing especially turkey fried rice. I would definitely come back just for that rice alone. My family dined in while I had take out. Overall it was a great experience
