We had my mum’s 70th birthday party here about 2yrs ago. We had a buffet dinner and it was a fantastic experience, their menu was top notch and the atmosphere was so cozy and calm. Their was a live music on that day being a Saturday and everything went perfectly. The setup was welcoming as well

My wedding reception held there years ago and the hotel has become a part of our lives really !
I'm a huge fan of the buffet served at Pumpkin leaf restaurant.
I've tried breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and I have no regrets whatsoever !
The staff are warm and friendly , the food is yummy! I enjoy most of the desserts... I never pass an opportunity to have pepper soup or salmon any which way they serve it!
As at January 2023, the cost per person (adult) is #16,500. It's free for little kids and half price for older kids. ( I'm not sure about the ages)

Sheraton Hotel Buffet on Monday dinner is not bad at all. Though I expected more variety of food but they did justice to the food served.
The dining staff are courteous and always smiling. There is someone to attend to you when in need of something.
The arrangement is also good and well lit. It’s also conducive to hold an intimate meeting without interruption. One would have thought maybe it would not be as good because it’s been here for ages but I commend the management for the high maintenance culture. Great job
There was light music from the pool side to serenade you as you dine which I really liked.
I would definitely come here again

Breakfasts decent, but rather boring, every day the same thing to eat. There is very limited fruits selection.
Dinner buffet can be good or bad, depending of the day. Usually there are good cakes there.
Wort visiting when in hotel, otherwise, there is plenty better restaurant out there.
The location was great but your reservation does not validate anything even when you pay part upfront . My friends and I made a reservation and on getting there it was taken, we had to wait for nothing less than 20mins for it to be fixed and that was through constant nudge from us to the staff members on what’s going on, it’s quite unfair though.
To the food it was okay but it can be better.
