2 weeks agoI've been a regular customer of this restaurant and typically enjoy dining in, but my recent experience with their delivery service was disappointing. I ordered my usual dish, the peppered goat meat with white rice, but received a portion with only bones and no visible meat. When I reached out to the manager, they claimed the dish should come with 8KG of meat, which was clearly not the case with what I received. I immediately contacted the restaurant and requested a replacement, but despite their promise to send a new portion the following day, and requested my home address. Instead, they insisted that I arrange for another rider to collect the meal, even though I had already spent money on both the delivery service and a subpar meal. Surely the delivery of the correct meal should be their issue to sort out. While I still enjoy the food when dining in, the delivery service has been unreliable, and the customer service response was frustratingly unhelpful. I highly recommend dining in if you want a better experience, as the delivery service has proven to be inconsistent and lacking in support

7 months agoIt’s so sad their chef doesn’t pay attention to customer’s request. My last 3 visits has been horrible as I request for my seafood okro to be spicy 🌶️, after this request I’ll either get it with no single taste of spice at all or overly spicy 🥵and becoming inedible, with a repeated experience I have made a choice to stop eating there. However, prices of their food keeps getting high which is understandable because of the economy but quality of food keeps dropping. Bye Orile

2 years agoThe food here was really good. The ram roll was the star of the show, very tasty and flavorful and not overly spicy. The rest of the food was very spicy, I could barely handle the spice level. The food took a long time to come even though we ordered ahead of arriving at the restaurant. Overall, the experience was lovely. It is a beautiful space with a nice ambiance.

2 years agoOrile is a restaurant which primarily serves Nigerian food and continental cocktails. The reason for the 4 star rating here is the food took a bit of a while to prepare (about 40 minutes or so). Other than that, everything else was great. The food quality was fabulous, the dishes were delicious and in generous proportions; the waiter was helpful and knowledgeable on the menu items; the cocktails we had were strong in terms of alcohol content (which is how they're meant to be) and tasted great. The atmosphere was clean, modern and comfortable, this goes for both the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Food prep time can be long, this was the general experience of both us and other visitors on that day, so it's best to plan your visit appropriately I.e. either order ahead or get there before you're at the "very hungry" stage. The menu items are a bit pricey but worth it, based on the corresponding quality. They also offer delivery services for those who'd rather dine at home. Overall, I'm likely to revisit a few more times.
