Ordered the chicken shawarma and turkey Suya with barbecue sauce and both were great! Wish the turkey had more meat on the bones though. Wanted to try the mixed shawarma but they didn’t have beef 🥴
Don’t come if you’re in a rush because it can be a bit chaotic ordering here and your order might take longer than expected.
You can try calling on WhatsApp to order but you have to pay first and send your receipt and that can get lost in translation when they’re busy attending to in person orders
They can definitely improve on the efficiency of service but what they lack in service they seem to make up in the quality of food.
Great suya, I recommend the ram especially. On the other end of the spectrum, the gizzard suya tends to be undercooked and hard so if you order it, tell the cook to leave it on the fire longer than he normally would. The shawarma is also top notch. No atmosphere to speak of since its pickup or delivery but you can stand in front of the grill, inhaling charcoal smoke and direct exactly how you want your meat to be prepared. Had the rice only once, not a fan. Overall, I would strongly recommend.
Service could be much more organised to be very honest. I wish they could be more transparent with customers when they don’t have an item instead of bringing alternatives. The food is very good however.
went to the norma in Victoria island,and the service was horrible the girl in charge of tking orders was disgustingly RUDE to everyone, she was combative and nonchalant..she didn't care how many of d customers she pissed off..a guy had to stop his car right in front of her and told her off..after witnessing all this nonsense,I left with immediate speed....u won't collect my money and still be rude..I will not be going back there again and I've told few people as well...on a good note, the lekki branch is absolutely awesome, their customer service is top notch and they are so polite ..and the food came out on time....
The experience would have been nice if not for the lie told on the wait time. They told us 15 to 20mins and it took 35 to 40mins, and sadly we were in a hurry so the wait wasn't nice.
