I was here with my colleagues on a Sunday evening. We used the roof top, the elevator goes on from 5pm, climbing the stairways was not funny at all. The food was not bad, however, the staff composure and service was average. It’s a nice place to hangout if you love height.
The service at Ambiance Lagos was excellent. Their waiters are respectful and diligent in carrying out their service. I would recommend this for a get together with friends and family. It’s a children friendly environment. I would recommend the poolside for private and mini events like bridal parties and shower. Overall, I had a good experience here.
I would have given this 5 star until it was time to pay the bill and we were scammed. We only ordered 1 bottle of champagne and they brought 3. We asked 2 different people why they did this and they made it seem like it was a special deal. It wasn’t. We were going to recommend this place to our friends as a fun place to go on Monday nights. Now I will tell them not to go at all!
Good food, good environment for discussion, nice customer service. However, the place is hot and enclosed, I was sweating while eating and drinking. You need to improve on your power availability. 05/12/2023. I also filled a customer feedback form. Prices are also ok. Delicious Local rice is 1300, beef is 300, chicken is 2500, Amala is 350 per wrap etc

2 years agoIt an alright place to have a meeting, because is mostly quiet. I have been here twice but I would not recommend the restaurant and service.
