Favour, who handled my booking, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. she even provided a discount and regularly checked in to make sure I was doing well🥰 The space itself is immaculate, cozy, and feels just like home. a month agoMy stay was great in general, but we were not informed at the point of payment that the refund for service charge would not be instant. When we came down to check out, that was when the receptionist informed us that we would not be getting our refund instantly, we were told it’ll be done on Monday, kindly look into this, what if I had already depended on making use of the funds?
