The food portions are amazing, I had Croaker fish and Yam with veggies, and it was amazing. Came with a few friends and the Nkwobi and isi ewu was nice, slightly pepperish that gives that kick.
The service from the server was impeccable, despite the slight delay to get our order but the wait was worth ot.
Every meal was made fresh.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences here today. I contacted the restaurant on WhatsApp to place a food order, but the person responding was replying as if it were an email, taking 15 to 20 minutes between messages and eventually stopping altogether. I ended up wasting over an hour waiting for responses.
I then drove 20 minutes to the restaurant. When I arrived, I saw the same woman responsible for handling the WhatsApp messages. I asked if she was the one responding, and she confirmed. I noticed that WhatsApp was open on her phone, which made it clear that the messages were being intentionally ignored. When I asked about it, she had nothing to say other than a very nonchalant apology.
At that point, my wait time for food essentially had to start all over again. I asked to speak with the manager, but the person who came over was dismissive, almost shushing me and trying to shut the conversation down instead of listening to or addressing my concerns.
Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. I spent nearly three hours just to eat here, entirely due to the service experience.
Nice cozy ambience but they should work on their drainage especially if you're outdoor. I could barely stand the unpleasant odour asides that, food is great. Oh you should try the palm wine and Stout
The Afang soup is Awesome
The vegetable catfish and yam was so delicious. I think that was the best thing I ate in lagas. I'll say most of the food I ate at the restaurant was good but, the soups was not seasoned well at all. We ordered the vegetable soup and egusi soup. They need to work on better recipe for those soup
If you're craving genuine, homemade goodness, The Junction Restaurant is the perfect destination. As a regular customer for over three years, I've witnessed firsthand their unwavering commitment to quality, taste, and service. Truly the best of the best!
