It is very unfortunate that I would have to give a business I have patronized for years this sort of review . I placed an order for Naan (two types) yesterday and when it got to me , the naan was CRUNCHY , I mean proper crackers. I sent a video and message to the restaurant because I was surprised at what I had received but it was quite late so there was no response. Fast forward to today , I called to tell them I had left a message because the rep had conveniently not responded at 1pm in the afternoon. Her response was that I should indicate my preference next time ??? and that it was probably cold . Even Naan that stays in the refrigerator does NOT crack into pieces . I have ordered from these people for years and I have NEVER had to specifically ask not to be given CRACKERS in place of Naan . I couldn’t even eat it as it crumbled in my food and completely turned me off . I called immediately to express my displeasure with her responses via text but the lady handling the call was sooo rude , her non chalant messages were even better . At some point , she dropped the phone and started attending to other customers , very intentionally and while I called out to her saying that was not the way to treat a displeased customer , she said she had other people to attend to .Message well received . Ironic how just yesterday I had referred someone’s company to them for takeout for a group of people but I will not allow anyone I know ever go through this sort of treatment for food that they paid for . This is definitely NOT the Hotspot I know . Their customer service has always been so good , there was a time my order was delayed for so long , that the MANAGER/OWNER delivered it by himself and apologized profusely for the wait time . Now I have to deal with a very rude rep and a lot of gaslighting. I will add photos to this review so anyone who comes across this can see and be the judge . Please tell me if the NAAN below can be eaten with anything . If I wanted Doritos , I would’ve just ordered that . This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I am truly disappointed.

A non-alcoholic establishment with delicious and filling meals There's also the option (take away).
You could ask the staff for recommendations if you're new to Indian food.
A lovely place for a solo or small group outing.
P.S Had the Masala ☕️ and I loved it (alongside other foods)

Their food i ordered was great. However, the time for readiness was not accurate and the atmosphere though clean and well ventilated, parking was a challenge.
