Terrible experience all around. Customer service is nonexistent, the staff are disrespectful with zero manners, and hygiene is poor. The chicken suya is dry and tasteless. This grill spot pollutes the whole area, and even customers are not safe from the smoke. I honestly don’t understand why it’s so popular. 30th December 2025 one of the male workers assaulted a customer over a payment dispute and when the police arrived they decided that being defensive was the best outcome and there was no manager or supervisor on duty 🤦🏽♂️
Horrible service. Who ever owns this establishment needs to reconsider why they opened this restaurant in the first place because I don’t understand what’s going on. I waited about 15 mins before i could figure out how to order. No one even looked my way, and even when I tried to talk to any of them they had a stank attitude. One customer was livid, yelling and shouting that she had been waiting, even with that she was ignored. When i eventually got approached I was told I would have to wait for 40 mins just for a sharwama , left immediately. You literally have to hussle to get your food, and worst of all it wasn’t that busy on that day.
The service was pretty good. It wasn't very busy so my order was taken almost immediately and it got ready in no time.
I ordered Suya, and it was tasty. I enjoyed it.
It was a few minutes to 12 on a hot sunday morning and we stopped by to get lunch. And a grill that claims to be open 24hours had only chicken available. The menu is at an appalling height as well. We cant all bend over to read a menu.
The staff attitude was also non challant. I will revisit this place at a later date , as my 3 previous experiences here arent review worthy.
