Mantra Lagos is a beautifully designed restaurant that offers a perfect blend of elegance and warmth. One of the standout features is that they allow couples to use the space for pre-wedding shoots for a fee though, making it an ideal spot for capturing timeless memories.
If you're planning a birthday dinner, Mantra has a lovely setup tailored for celebrations, ensuring an intimate and well-curated experience. The ambiance is stylish yet cozy, with dim lighting and tasteful decor that set the perfect mood for a special night out.
When it comes to food, the menu offers a great mix of Indian and continental dishes. The prices are fair considering the generous portions and high-quality ingredients. However, if you're unfamiliar with certain Indian dishes, it’s best to ask for recommendations to avoid any surprises with the spices or flavors.
Service is another highlight—staff are attentive and well-versed in the menu, making sure guests have a pleasant dining experience. They also have an impressive selection of cocktails and wines, so whether you're in the mood for a classic drink or something adventurous, you'll find a great match.
Overall, Mantra Lagos is a fantastic choice for date nights, group dinners, or anyone looking to enjoy a stylish dining experience in the heart of Lagos.
Ugh! Where do I even begin.
It's a very low key, unassuming space that holds a pleasant surprises when you enter. Feels like you've arrived a new country, with the lovely and orthodox style. Interesting theme and picture worthy space indeed.
They have a very nice bottomless cocktail menu that costs less than 50k for 9 different cocktails... very tasty too.
The meals were good, though not compared to the beauty of the space.
I must mention that they have great music too. The Dj does his thing for the lounge downstairs and then the saxophonist serenades you beautifully in the restaurant upstairs.
Definitely worth the visit.
Ideal for solo dates and groups too.
Mantra is a very good restaurant located on the premises of Cumberland hotel in VI. Paloma is my favourite cocktail and I have been on the hunt for this in Lagos and I finally found it!
The food was amazing, the service was amazing , and the menu had so many options and variety to choose from. I also had the pleasure of being attended to by an amazing server and he made the whole experience worthwhile. I also got the unlimited cocktail option for 30,000 naira which in my opinion was worth it.
Would recommend 100%
