La Giara Italian Restaurant is located inside Sheraton Lagos Hotel. Amazing and beautiful atmosphere. Staff are approachable and helpful. Food are served fresh. Hygienic environment. Prices are affordable. I particularly like their Calamari appetiser. Check it out! Highly recommended.
La Giara (the Jar) italian restaurant is always a treat any day. Situated in the iconic Sheraton Hotel Ikeja, the restaurant has lived up to the rigours of maintaining a good discipline over the quality and taste experience of food delivered to its customers. Its also one of, if not the only restaurant where you can order half portions from the main menu.
There is free anti Pasti but ne sure to ask "which is which" as not all items are free...none the less its good filling fare while waiting for your meal.
Never had a bad meal in all the times I've been be it the Rissotto (with real Arborio rice), the Ossobuco with lamb, or any of the delicate grilled fish meals and of course pizza the Italian way!
So, if you're looking for a nice italian restaurant in Lagos this is definitely one of very few places I highly recommend especially on the mainland.

I ordered the lasagna which was delicious, the pizza and stuffed mushrooms. The stuffed mushrooms tasted terrible but everything else was great. I love how nice and helpful the waiter was and how quick our food was brought.
