If you are looking for a home away from home, this is where you should be. As one of the IGJB guest this is my favorite hotel whenever I come to Lagos this place is luxurious, calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. I stayed in this hotel sometime three years ago and came back this year and the standard never dropped. It’s actually went higher.
Where can I even start from, each and every person are managing their department really well, efficiency is top notch The management I will say are doing a really great job. Imagine me that come from abroad getting even better service in Nigeria than the US, When I came in a lady welcomed me with a cold glass of juice that actually helped calm my nerves after hrs in Lagos traffic. Breakfast in this hotel is always my best moment so many varieties to choose from all options are freshly made.
Now let’s talk about how attentive and communicative every staff are and also pay attention to details, and how the management make sure your peace and comfort is their consign.
The staff are so great that I missed them when I was leaving Especially Isaac the Porter a very calm gentleman who takes his job to be his priority. This lad is clean his uniform and shoes always iron and well polished never come to work late always smiling always ready to open the door always ready to help, loves his job, No weak energy at all! and the cleaners; These set of people are extraordinary. They clean your room in the most professional manner they pay attention to every details, keep the room smelling like heaven: give you a proper made up bed that you just want to lay on all day forgetting you came for #dettydecember This boutique hotel always made me feel like I’m not in Nigeria.
I just wanna say what ever Isglo is doing please don’t change anything keep doing what you do and I truly appreciate your hospitality.
The hotel is nice and quiet, the meals are amazing with great service all round. If you've got business dealings in and around ikoyi this is a good choice as you can easily access town without hassle.
First of all, for a picky person like me, I loved the beds, so soft and clean. The services were awesome, the staff were homely (especially Precious).
Is it the house-keeping?, they are good at what they do, paying attention to every corner in the room while cleaning.
The only issue was breakfast, not much options or variety. Once they can handle the issue of breakfast, they'd definitely get 10-stars.
I recommend.
Exceptional customer service
Beautiful Ambiance
Serene atmosphere
You’re sure to be satisfied and refer, the customer service is exceptional. The staffs are very cordial and welcoming, you’ll want to move in permanently.
I love how beautiful every part is, picture and video worthy for personal or business content.
The beautiful of any hotel is serenity, I’d give them a 9.5/10. No unnecessary noise both indoor and outdoor.
The rooms are beautifully designed and furnished. You’re in for a pleasant stay here.
The conference room is top notch, tailored to your needs
I love the food. The chef outdid him/herself.
All ingredients at appropriate portions.
Affordable yet luxurious.
A compact, cozy hotel which comes off as an upscale haunt for affluent Ikoyi denizens.
Quiet and serene, it is (deliberately?) inconspicuous and one may struggle to find it without using Maps.
The use of space here is impressive; for a hotel which has barely visible marking outside, and parking space for no more than 8 cars, there are a lot of rooms and a decent-sized swimming pool.
With little to no attempt at being visible, they certainly enjoy repeat patronage of dedicated clientele. And justifiably so.
Standard rooms are compact: the only space you get is around the bed, a table top directly - beneath the TV - too high (compared to the solitary chair) to be used practically, and a small bathroom with a WC and shower.
TV size is okay, about 40 inches, air-conditioning was good and the water pressure great.
The restaurant comprises of the bar area, and a narrow glass-walled corridor juxtaposing the swimming pool.
Their meals were tasty - and well presented - and preparation time averaged 40 minutes. Service staff were polite and helpful, as expected.
Recommended for escape-seekers and business travelers who need a quiet and comfortable space to work from and rest.
