Cilantro Ikeja

Cilantro was an amazing experience from start to finish. We didn’t have to wait for a table and the staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Among the many restaurants I’ve visited in Lagos, Cilantro’s staff stood out for their friendliness, patience and helpfulness. The restaurant itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with aesthetic details that truly deserve a 10 out of 10. We had a party of about ten, and we found a large seating area that was perfect for our group. When it came to the food, everything was delicious. I had the half chicken, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. But what truly blew me away was the dessert: the chocolate brownie was sizzling and delicious, paired with cold ice cream, creating the perfect contrast. It was, without a doubt, the best dessert I’ve had on the mainland and it’s definitely made me eager to return for more.

The atmosphere is very beautiful. The person that attended to us was very nice. Service is excellent. I recommend booking a reservation because the receptionist kept mentioning that we should have booked a reservation. She mentioned it repeatedly. Just to be safe, I guess you should book a reservation if you plan to go. The burger, chips and drink were good. I didn’t quite enjoy the pizza. It tasted bland. Please note that the charge for consumption tax, service charge and VAT so keep extra money for that. I feel the extra charges is much. Just a heads up so it wont take you by surprise. Overall, I had a beautiful experience.

It was a pleasant experience, despite the unforeseen circumstances. Although there were power issues, causing a brief delay, the overall experience was quite positive. The team handled the situation with professionalism and a commitment to resolving the problem. Their dedication to providing excellent service was truly commendable. The resolution to the power issue was handled efficiently, which was a great relief. The staff’s polite and helpful approach made a significant difference. The experience certainly left a lasting impression.

My first time here gave me an unforgettable wonderful and pleasant experience from the ambiance to the reception, the food and the service was unmatched and top notch. In all i really enjoyed myself here ☺️

Loved the food It's a really nice place for birthdays, proposals, it's extremely spacious. The ambience is great and lovely. I had chicken as a starter meal, had mashed potatoes and lamb chop as my main meal. Had chocolate shake too. I wasn't restricted from taking pictures either. However they serve their takeout meals in Nylon bags. For the kind of restaurant and the amount they charge, id expected that the food plastic is put in a paper bag, not a nylon bag. I consider tacky.
