The food was excellent… The “House of Rep” Fisherman soup is definitely for 5 normal people or 4 monsters lol, everyone loved their meals & we all had to takeout as we couldn’t finish our food… Our host (Joy) was very pleasant and patient… My family & I had a lovely time! I’d definitely recommend.
Food was very tasty, fresh like homecooked meal and filled with lots of “obstacles. The service was great, Joy was my hostess. I dined in and also got takeaway.
I ordered assorted meat pepper soup with yam on the side for takeaway, but when I arrived to pick it up, I found the yam had been mixed into the pepper soup. I politely informed the front desk staff that this wasn’t what I ordered, but instead of offering a solution, I was told to place a new order and pay again. I was also told “that’s how we plate it,” which is completely misleading if that wasn’t communicated upfront.
The supervisor was standing there and didn’t even step in or acknowledge the issue. When I got home, I discovered the soup was filled with yam and had only 4 pieces of meat—for a dish that cost ₦17,000. That’s outrageous for such poor quality and service.
This was a disappointing experience—terrible customer service and, frankly, dishonest presentation of what’s being sold. I won’t be returning, and I hope others are cautious when ordering.
Joy was our service provider and she was so kind and very helpful with suggesting dishes. Her service was excellent and the meal was great. Wish the meat was a tad bit more tender and soft.
My big Sis treated me to dinner at Native Tray and it was the first time for both of us. The atmosphere was authentic and rich with culture. The food was delicious, the area was clean and the service was wonderful. Our waitress was Joy and she provided fantastic customer service.
