I dined at Kingfisher in Lagos and the food was exceptional—everything was fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. I did have a small issue with the bill but Kemi handled it smoothly and professionally, which really made a difference. The way it was resolved showed great customer service. Because of that experience, I’m more than happy to return again. Highly recommended!
The atmosphere and the music are great. The staff needs professional training. Customer service is not their strong point. If the food is going to take a long time and the customer accepts that, smart business sense would be to continually check on them to refill drinks (make more money) and ensure them that you haven’t forgotten about them. But the staff don’t do this and even forget to check on the food. It’s clearly visible when it’s ready but yet the staff is so busy chatting and complaining amongst themselves that they don’t notice. 3 hours to receive food is unacceptable.

We went there with our friends on Aug 28 dinner. We were all having a nice time. First off, a server came to tell us she was closing and that we needed to settle our bill while we were still eating. We made a transfer, and due to network issues, it didn’t go through immediately. She insisted we must pay as she was closing. So we had to do another transfer of over 200k. 15mins later, both transactions went through. We had double paid! That is where our problem started. They assured us they would refund. That we just needed to send both confirmation to the accountant. And refund will be done immediately!
Aug 30th. No money. Account says it will take 3 -5 business days for refund. No problem.
5 business days later - no refund. Accountant is now giving us stories. “I have told them to refund you” I am not sure who them is.
10 business days later : no refund. Thousands of messages to this business. Just continuous promises, every day they are just deceiving us.
Today sept 10th. No refund.
We spent over 700k in one evening and they are yet to refund us our money we double paid. They want to take extra 200k plus from us.
They are thieves!!! Avoid at all cost.
Very dishonest business.
