Very despicable delivery service. Seems like it is very common for the phone attendant to lie about where the food is and isn't in terms of delivery. Very time wasting person behind that Whatsapp line. Telling me rider is close to me whereas the person hasn't even been given the order yet. Cutting my call and ignoring it over and over as you can see in the screenshots. Absolute zero. Would never attempt to work with their delivery again

The delivery service is next to useless, adds zero value and detracts from the experience...with people who cannot take down an order even when it is written down, it beggars belief...best way to enjoy this suya is to go there and order it yourself. Edit: It is obvious the individual manning the whatsapp number and taking orders is best suited to be washing plates in the backend of this business and away from customers. He has very haughtyly shared his exception to my review, offered no apology but has planted his feet firmly in a defensive stance. Whoever owns this business should consider whether they have the right type of staff working for them🤷 rather than provide template responses to a review.
