Boca has picture-worthy decor and ambience, natural lighting, good staff. The food and drinks came fast. The food was, however, not tasty. We had 4 different meals with one appetizer. Only the appetizer, Dynamic Rolls Sushi (which contains prawns and is not raw) was tasty. I tasted all 4 main dishes, ranging from Chicken and Mushroom Pasta (picture attached), mashed potato and roasted chicken breast, Chicken curry with white rice, Tomato-based pasta with diced chicken. Chicken, in all dishes, was tasteless; no salt/too much salt in the food; mashed potatoes tasted basic and not creamy; the curry was not good.
My experience at Boca Restaurant was exactly what you expect from a place where gastronomy is treated with elegance and respect. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet relaxed — the kind of restaurant where every detail is carefully designed to create a complete dining experience.
The dishes are refined, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully balanced in flavor. You can clearly feel the attention to quality ingredients and precise execution in the kitchen. The service is discreet, professional, and attentive — exactly what one expects from a high-end restaurant.
It is a place I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fine dining, authentic taste, and an elegant atmosphere in Lagos.
As someone based in Italy and passionate about gastronomy, I believe experiences like this create beautiful connections between cultures. And if you ever find yourselves in Italy, you are most welcome to discover the world of luxury shopping in Italian boutiques and outlets — an experience just as refined, but in the world of fashion. 🇮🇹
I will certainly return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Such a beautiful restaurant. We had group lunch here. Service was great (1/2 mistakes is ok) … awesome food. Price wise portion size is good. Liked their Dynamite Fried Sushi. Overall entrance to the exit, good experience.
Went here for Father’s Day brunch. My first visit since they opened earlier this year. The food was decent, and I ordered quite a bit just to sample different things. I had great company, so between the good conversations and the food, I didn’t take many pictures.
The only downside was the complimentary Father’s Day dessert: it was a warm chocolate cake that normally comes with ice cream, but when I asked about the missing ice cream, the waiter told me they’d run out. I found it quite odd that they’d serve an incomplete dish, especially since I hadn’t even requested it so why bother at all?
I recently dined at Boca Restaurant, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was inviting, with beautifully designed outdoor seating that created a perfect backdrop for our meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the Chicken Caesar Salad, which was fresh and flavorful. The Shrimp Dynamite was a standout, bursting with flavor and a delightful crunch. The Philly Steak Sandwich was hearty and satisfying, while the Regina Pizza had the perfect combination of toppings and a crispy crust. We also indulged in sushi, which was fresh and expertly prepared. Overall, the food was delicious, and the ambiance made it an enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend Boca Restaurant for both its great food and lovely outdoor setting!
