Ambience was great, you can choose to stay indoors (which we did) or outside (this seemed to have a better vibe in the evening once it’s cooler).
Food was surprisingly good! I’m a bit biased to Japanese cuisines but the tacos (seafood) was really great, not oily or too creamy, they are also open to adjusting the recipe if you wish (my friend didn’t want the mayo). We also then had the Chicken salad with peanut sauce and that was the highlight for me! I kept trying to figure out what the sauce was made from so I can recreate it (it was that good).
It’s at a higher price point than most places in Abuja (maybe 50K+ per person) but it was worth it!
The only wrong choice I made was the Matcha Mocktail, but that’s on me, should have run away when I saw Matcha.
genuinely love this place.
The music, the ambience, the service everything feels thoughtfully curated.
The food? Uhm… I love it, but it can be better in a few areas.
Still, I truly appreciate how they recommend things to try and oh, how much I value their service.
Absolutely recommend!
Please try the lamb chops, and don’t skip their wine recommendations they know what they’re doing.
I’ve been here countless times, and it consistently stands out as one of the best restaurants in Abuj
I had a very disappointing experience at Marks At The Park today. Before sitting down, nobody informed us that there was a minimum spend of ₦80,000 per person. We ordered drinks, only for the waiter to come back and tell us that we were “supposed to order food” because our drinks didn’t reach the minimum spend.
This is unprofessional and misleading. If there is a compulsory ₦80,000 minimum spend for each person at a table, customers should be clearly informed before they sit down or place an order. Springing such information on guests after orders have already been made is unacceptable.
The whole situation felt like a trap, and the staff didn’t handle it well at all.
I honestly cannot recommend this place based on today’s experience.
Amazing restaurant, one of my favorite rooftop restaurants, Great services and the staff are friendly. The place is Quite and intimate ,giving vacation vibe 🤭
Marks at the Park is a fantastic gem in Abuja! From the moment you step in, the ambiance strikes the perfect balance between trendy and welcoming. The outdoor setting is ideal for a relaxed hangout, while the indoor space is modern and stylish.
Their menu is diverse, with something for everyone—whether you're into juicy burgers, fresh salads, or delightful cocktails. I particularly loved their Lamb chops - although it was quite pricy for the portion served —it was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented.
The staff is friendly and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. Whether you're going for a casual outing or a special occasion, Marks at the Park delivers. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy great vibes and amazing food in the heart of Abuja!"
