Quite pricey but it is what it is. Service was good, food was satisfactory. I think i prefer the inside lounge than the outdoor because of mosquitos. Unless a repellant is planted or introduced.

It’s a beautiful place, a bit hidden (hard to find) but when you find it, you enter a new world. The seats were not comfortable as the sofas are on cemented slabs. They felt too hard and round. Just generally uncomfortable.
Service delivery was great. Food tasted delicious! The foods are delivered pretty fast. I love the greenery from the entrance aisle to the interiors.
Fairly priced. 25000 naira should get one person a decent meal, though not quite filling.
The toilets are quite neat. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. This place is great for a date, whether solo or with people. Highly recommend.
This restaurant is gorgeous! I remember the excitement of my date and I on the trail going in, the flowers, the lights, simply beautiful.
I wish the indoor and outdoor settings had brighter lights tho, it was dim and the flickering light was weird for me.
The seats were also uncomfortable, the table was shaky, they could do more with providing aesthetics and comfort, it was just aesthetics here.
The food was good, expensive tho, I'd say we are paying more for the ambience than the food itself.
I ordered the passion fruit virgin mojito because they had no daiquiri which was upsetting while my date ordered the virgin colada. I didn't like the presentation and the cup used for my drink was basic for that price but my date's was fine. It wasn't the best I've had but it was okay.
For food, I ordered the honey ginger wings, I expressed my dismay about honey and the waiter told me it could be removed but it wasn't. Also ordered a side of dirty rice and french fries. The portion of the fries was small. The service was a bit slow, maybe because the place was busy, the staffs were warm but honestly could do more in offering exceptional service.
Waited a while for our bill. But overall it was good, I wasn't very satisfied but they are worth another chance so, I'd recommend, just be prepared for the cost!
Since starting my photography business, it’s been quite a task trying to find the perfect location that will let you get great content and still have affordable food and great vibes in general. At Canes & Lemons, I told them that I came to shoot content & I had called beforehand. The guy who met me at the entrance asked if I was filming for a movie and I said no. They led me into the outdoor space and cleared out the 2 guests who were there. Then the manager asked if I was the one who had called on Instagram and I confirmed.
While getting test shots in, she came again to confirm that it is 50k for an hour to take pictures with my professional camera. Fine, she had let me know that. She said she wanted to clarify that it was 50k for an hour and then we’d have to pay for food and drinks. I told her it wasn’t a problem and continued filming.
Then, I was told that it wasn’t allowed anymore and I could only do it with a phone. I was shocked. I get you want to maintain privacy for certain guests and all, but you already cleared out the space?
They went ahead to seize my digital camera and all the other equipment and said I could only collect it when I was ready to leave. Not to talk of the service fees that were coming out of nowhere. But we obliged.
Got our content with phones, then the food came. The celebrant’s food was nothing to write home about - to the point where I had to give her some of mine just so she could enjoy herself somewhat.
Then, I requested a playlist to get the vibes going and they were saying various things. The music only got a bit good when we were about to leave.
In essence, this is the current cost of having a good time. Going forward, spend millions on a good phone and take your pictures cause chances are, that fantastic spot with great ambience and good music won’t let you capture it on a digital camera.
