Hello, I had been to the Tropicana mall several times but this was my first time in the book lounge restaurant and I was disappointed. The place was hot and stuffy and it was a friends birthday! Had to complain severally before an air-condition was brought. Of all the milkshakes on the menu only one was available, they had no margaritas and some meals we couldn’t pick I guess they weren’t also available, we were also limited on what wine to take. To make matters worse the rice was so soggy and bad that management had to give us discount in payment because no one could eat the food! I would not be retuning as this place was a really poor outing. I hate giving bad reviews but I have to be honest to the public. Please improve on your services the two stars was just me being generous

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance that set the tone for the evening. What truly stood out for me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The food was equally impressive, with the quality of ingredients shining through in every bite. Indeed it's an ideal place whether you're in the company of friends or with your significant other.

My friend reserved a table for us for her birthday party. It's inside Tropical Galleri. The ambience is very classy and beautiful, the food was tasty, the servers were polite and professional. We had small chops too, was awesome. A very nice and private place to hang out. You have have your dinners and romantic outing here. I believe at night is better because of the way the room lightening is.

Brooke Lounge is certainly one of the prettiest places to dine in Abuja. It is a perfect sport for dinner dates and a good dining experience for business guests. Their food is a 6/10 for me. Trust me, I’ve been there twice and I haven’t been wowed yet. Their service is nothing spectacular, I think it can be better. For ambiance I’ll give them 8/10. It’s a very nice place as you can see.

The restaurant is truly beautiful. Lovely decor. The meals are nice. Not spectacular to be honest. The prices are fair. A meal and drinks for two should knock off about ₦20,000. Turnoffs: there was a funny odor that seemed like restroom cleaning supplies were used in cleaning the eating area. It really was an offensive and distracting odor. Also, there were so many flies...for a restaurant, it seemed like an infestation, especially in the pastry area.
