I probably have given just one restaurant a 5 star 🌟 but yes Zuma Grills is another five star restaurant according to my experience at the restaurant. Zuma Grills located on the ground floor of the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, abuja is a fine dinning experience, probably the best fine dinning experience you can get in the capital.
The ambience of the restaurant on a weekend night is magical, Roses, champagne glasses and some melody from the piano just close to the entrance. The decor is quite nice, as you'll expect of any Hilton. The service was second to none, the attendants were very professional and quite polite, and the meals gave us foodgasm. They were properly prepared, seasoned and melted on our tongues. Probably the best meals we've had in Abuja. And surprisingly it wasn't so expensive. We had main grill meals and Desserts and got complimentary appetizers and a whole Hilton cake. Who gives a whole cake as complimentary in these times.... We totally loved the experience and will definitely visit again.

I recently visited this restaurant and was fairly satisfied. The onion soup was fantastic - flavorful and rich. The Caesar salad was a bit strange but overall decent. However, it's worth noting that the prices are quite high for Nigeria. All in all, I recommend giving it a try, but be prepared for the expense.
"Zuma Grill exceeded all expectations! From the impeccable service to the divine cuisine, every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. The atmosphere was captivating, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal. Zuma Grill has truly set the bar high for excellence in dining. A must-visit for anyone seeking a culinary adventure!"
I had a beautiful experience but could have been better. Let's get into it
.
1. It's aesthetically pleasing, the colors and warmth of the deco definitely speaks "Fine Dining".
2.The staffs are customer friendly and professional, ready to assist with anything you need or require, from helping to food choice and wine selections.
3. Their chefs are ok but can be better in their meals, both in taste and plating(which for me wasn't so great I had higher expectations)
4.there is a piano man in d background, a massive check for me, he kept the atmosphere pleasant and soft.
5. Dress theme is business casual always, don't go half naked ladies(you won't be allowed in politely).
6. It's delightfully pricey🤭.self date budget around 50k(if ure having a 2 course n a bottle of wine).p.s they have by the glass.
Overall is was a beautiful evening. Definitely recommend.
When you walk into the restaurant it screams elegance with its subtle exquisite interior. This place is the perfect spot for a romantic date with the dim cozy lights. Also a good spot to propose .
Food Review
French onion soup : If you are a fan of onions this soup is definitely for you . It’s basically the union of onions drenched in well seasoned meat broth and dressed in cheese. This union caused a tingle in my taste buds
Escargot : The flavor of this escargot wasn’t an intense herby flavor , the snails used were prepared delicate to the core. They literally melt in your mouth with each bite, it was very creamy and if you were blind folded it would be difficult to tell what you were having, but if you have delicate taste buds you would notice the snail aftermath taste . It was prepared with a special in-house recipe (so that cannot be disclosed )
Lamb cutlets : This dish was my highlight of all the dishes. The lamb was griddled , moderately seasoned, greasy and fatty. Tender and way too delicious to even feel guilty about eating it the real definition of something being sinfully good. The flavor of the lamb was loud and there was nothing lean about this lamb cut, it went all out
Lavender honey naugat glacé: This is frozen whipped cream with dried fruits inside. It had a generous amount of raisins, strawberries, cherries and I also got a citrusy note . This combination is perfect for distracting you from a heart break everything worked in harmony to tease and make your taste buds gasp. The raisins outshone the other fruits a bit though.
