The food is really nice. It's local meals prepared well. The ambience is just basic. Tables need a call button to get the attention of the waiters fast.
I absolutely love this place. anytime I come to Nigeria I go there almost every other day. I am at village Chief eating. the food is absolutely delicious. the atmosphere is wonderful and the service is great If you are in Abuja and have not gone to village Chief. you are doing yourself a disservice.
This environment gives a great serenity and a good relaxation spot for hangouts, group meeting, family get together and group retreat. It's well set to suite any expectation but my only challenge is the promptness to get service. This needs to be improved; overall the location is fantastic.
