Please don’t waste your time going here if you don’t mind a minimum of two hours thirty minutes wait before your food is delivered or prepared. Very poor customer service and staffs tell a lot of lies to keep you waiting. Overly priced for a poor customer service with loads of delays. I couldn’t wait any longer and I left without eating. Disappointed ☹️!!
Their response is so ridiculous. Where have you notified your customers to order before coming to dine in.
It is not on your website or any adverts you have made. That excuse will not pass.
Work on your customer service.
