This has to be my worst experience since visiting Nigeria, the confusion between all parties of the company is top notch. Starting from a confused waiter to a more confused supervisor (Mary) and finally a social media manager whose job is to mislead customers, with a fake post.
Previous, my girlfriend had visited and ordered for a Long Island for take out, only to be served something else. She had to come back and sort it out. We now have decided to visit the restaurant for a second chance to have a deal posted four hours ago on their instagram page, only to get there after driving for hours and meet a totally set of confused staffs, who didn’t know what was posted four hours ago and couldn’t serve what we opted to get. This post got us driving to this place and it was a disastrous experience.
I’ll advise you check in properly before getting anything here.
Visited Barlance on a Sunday for the first time and it was calm and beautiful. You will love it here even the children. There is a swimming pool cost 3k naira to use and the service was good as well… pricing is average from 5k naira
Has quite a lot going on, in a nice way... Picturesque in a way, as the many indoor/outdoor options create different experiences/vibes.
Food was okay.
Service could be improved upon. Took almost an hour before we got our orders.
Location is great, right in the middle of town but also away from noise.
We had our annual group meet on December and it was fun. The service was top notch , the atmosphere was lively, beautiful , picture enticing and they have an indoor and outdoor space, a swimming pool sit out. Their food and drinks are ok and a bit pricy . Had lots of fun with the girls
I enjoyed The Barlance very much.
The ambience was nice, music volume was just enough to enjoy the music and still have a conversation without having to scream and there were games like Jenga and Ludo for icebreakers while waiting for the food, great for groups.
There's also an escape room activity for up to 20 people in the train: The Railway. The restroom has beautiful graffiti walls, so gorgeous for photos.
I had sticky wings which I enjoyed very much and the cocktail was good enough that I had another even though the alcohol didn't slap that heavy. I recommend 💯
