Tastiva Restaurant

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. I had their native rice and milkshake and it was amazing. My friend had their trios pasta and strawberry cooler and she even had to get takeout because of how nice it was. The service was really nice. We had some games to play with and we had so much fun. The Wiater even thought us some of the games and overall I will recommend this place

They have amazing meals and the restaurant is very cozy. I had their fish and prawn rice and it was really delicious and their slushy is very nice. The waiters were very friendly. I will recommend this place

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for food that never arrived, and when I reached out for help, I was met with indifference and outright refusal to refund my money. This isn’t just poor service — it’s theft, plain and simple. The lack of accountability is shocking. I will never use this service again, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I placed an order at 7:00 PM and was assured it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, as I write this at 10:009 PM, I am still waiting for my food. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told that the rider was "on the way," yet I have been waiting at the Maitama office this entire time with no sign of delivery. This will be my first and last time ordering from you.
