Apart from flies being everywhere, the staff is rude, from the security lady at the front door to the manager. She accused me of coming to their restaurant the other day and staying there all through without placing any order. And even dragged her manager into it who sided with her and asked me to leave. Had to pull up my phone and bank app transactions the said day to prove some silly point to her. 0/5 stars experience
I have been going to Mr Biggs Tastia lugbe FHA. Why? Because their food is very Delicious, fantastic and great.Their Staff attend to customers in a well Manner and friendly way and happy faces. The Tastia Atmosphere is also friendly and relaxed. Also their Shawarma and pizza is yommy sweet and fantastic that when you eat, you will always come for more. Meat pie and chicken pie is the best
The ladies at the counter need to be replaced since they don't understand customer management and are even rude to add to it. I am waiting for one of them whose entertaining a bunch of confused customers and she absolutely snaps her fingers at me like a dog when she seemed to be done with them, because I was checking out the other items I wanted to order.
Then she goes she returns to the confused female customers. My order has been ready over 5mins prior they want to receive payment from these customers before attending to me. They will kill this business if this is how they continue... It just shows they have no regard for process, and would keep irating customers.
I’m currently here at the restaurant as I give this review, by total filling station Lugbe. 18/04/24, 7:30 pm. The two ladies on duty are so unwelcoming and rude to the customers. I even had to call their attention to it that they don't have to be rude nor arrogant despite them being tired as they complained for being the way they are. I got really pissed off and also they took so long attending to anyone as at the time I was making my order, It took me 10 mins to wait and two other male customers walked in and left angrily cause they were not attended to even when they tried calling these ladies attention. I called the attention of these ladies to it but they didn't care but rather ignored and murmured. It wasn't nice at all. I am a first time customer and this is a not so good experience for me.
