Found this spot randomly in search of lunch. Had fresh fish pepper soup as a starter, then had lamb shank, which came with a huge side of fried rice, plantains and sauces. The portion was large enough for two. Everything cost about #31K, which was reasonable for the amount of food. The only negative was dropping water from AC unit behind me.
Masala wahala (Nkoyo) restaurant offers tasty intercontinental dishes at its finest, the space is designed with that bamboo feel with natural indoor plants and a good eye for detail.
If you would love to make a stop for meal at a great space with a cultural touch with your friends or family -Think Nkoyo- you'd be basking in natural skylights and ready to choose from a wide variety -all on a la carte... They'd be that nice to offer you chips and a bottle of water while you wait. I took a nice picture from the mezzanine deck.
The prawn in the avocado salad was thoroughly clean. However, a little too raw for me would have preferred it steamed but lovely all the same. The Grilled fish was nice and spicy.
You can never go wrong with their food here and it’s always tasty and pretty nice. From the front door down to where you’ll have your food is an experience of its own already. The food is amazing and the view is also very lovely. I live the cane chair setting and pure African setting interior. It reminds me of a place I visited in Kenya. My seafood okra and pounded yam was really nice. Had a lovely time here
