Today is my enjoyment day, so I decided to have lunch downtown. I ordered French fries, which were delicious as expected, but the staff need to smile more while attending to customers. Overall, I enjoyed my lunch and plan to visit again.
One thing I liked about this place was the 24 hours service, also the food was good, especially the grilled chicken burger which tasted like chicken shawarma. The beef burger needs improvement. I've taken down 2 stars for the poor hygiene and cleanliness and the extremely terrible customer service. When we walked in they couldn't greet us and then we proceeded to sit down and they didn't bring the menu. I had to walk up and ask for it. The table we sat down at hadn't been cleaned and the waitress didn't notice, I had to ask her to clean it, she then proceeded to sweep the floor area and take away an empty bottle, and forgot to wipe the table. I then went to the restroom area, there was dirt on the floor like sand and it had a funny smell, I immediately walked out. I don’t think I’d be visiting this place anytime soon. I noticed that majority of their customers place delivery orders but I won’t be placing any orders because the food hygiene and cleanliness of this place are questionable. I wonder how or where the management sourced staff and the type of training they underwent.

The first time I came here I had the fish shawarma (first time for me) and fried rice with chicken. Both the shawarma and rice exceeded our expectations but the fried chicken that came with the rice was unseasoned and dry. The next time I went I had their double cheese burger and jollof rice with grilled chicken, the burger and fries were perfectly fine but the chicken that came with the rice was dry and unseasoned again so I guess it's no accident they probably just can't cook chicken properly.
For an establishment owned by Arabs they serve some overpriced and really low quality tea, I ordered a green tea while waiting for my order and to my surprise I was brought a tea pot of hot water plus a cup with some sugar and a single tea bag of the lowest grade green tea available at any ol' supermarket. As a tea lover I was quite shocked that I'd be served something so crude for that price and at that type of place. I then ordered a lemon and ginger drink which too was overpriced and over sweetened. I just decided that I wouldn't drink anything here other than water if ever I did come back. The girls at the counter are really loud and unprofessional with the way they attend to people but then again it's a fast food restaurant, can't expect too much. I'd recommend the place to anyone in a rush and in need of a quick bite but it's nothing to write home about.
This place never leaves you stranded, as it is open 24hrs. The customer service is good and the food in addition to been tasty is also cheap. They have takeaway service, table service, internal & external seat arrangement. On the external sitting, you can smoke shisha. They also have free WIFI. Alcohol is not included in any of their menu items. The high level of traffic at this place discourages me from going there because of car-parking challenges
Best zobo I’ve had in a while, simply exotic. Shawarma is nice too, good deco.
I like that the smoking is done outside.
If you expect good services based on location, you would be greatly disappointed. The waitresses are so sluggish and badly dressed, they walk around in slippers
dragging their feet as though it were a buka in the village. They take orders in a torn 40-leaves notebook.
It’s literally a viewing centre when a match is on, you’ve to struggle to get in as people are usually standing at the entrance watching football.
