One of the most useless lounge in Central Area. Poor services delivery Imagine no light for 45mins when wedding reception was going on. Poor customer’s services. Too poor!!! Food wasn’t serviced on time. People were waiting and calling them for more than 20mins to bring food. It was a bad and sad experience at BrookLounge. Manger was proud and rude. She talks anyhow. Not all the lighting bulbs in the chandelier are working. Good interior design but bad customer service experience

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance that set the tone for the evening. What truly stood out for me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The food was equally impressive, with the quality of ingredients shining through in every bite. Indeed it's an ideal place whether you're in the company of friends or with your significant other.

Had dinner here with my sis, they had a really nice ambiance, instagramable decor. The staffs were courteous, I also enjoyed the old school music. However, I’ll give the meal a 6.5/10, our table wasn’t arranged before we sat down, no cutlery, side dish, and some other stuff was lacking on the table. Also, I think the meal we had was just overpriced or maybe we should have ordered separate meals rather than a platter. I might give them a second chance though so I can try another meal before giving my final verdict. ✌️

Hello, I had been to the Tropicana mall several times but this was my first time in the book lounge restaurant and I was disappointed. The place was hot and stuffy and it was a friends birthday! Had to complain severally before an air-condition was brought. Of all the milkshakes on the menu only one was available, they had no margaritas and some meals we couldn’t pick I guess they weren’t also available, we were also limited on what wine to take. To make matters worse the rice was so soggy and bad that management had to give us discount in payment because no one could eat the food! I would not be retuning as this place was a really poor outing. I hate giving bad reviews but I have to be honest to the public. Please improve on your services the two stars was just me being generous

The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and also, their prices are fair, I had pepper soup 🍲 with a special bread which cost 6k only and a mojito drink 🍸 which cost 4k.
