Amala Experience Restaurant

The meal was rather lovely, good fit for neutrals, a number of customers did complain about the time it took for their orders to get ready but provided what you ordered is already set, you are up for a good one. The value for what you ordered Vs the quantity and quality of the meal is worth it.

This is a beautiful restaurant. Nice lighting beautifully furnished with exotic wooden furniture, roofed outdoor seating and a generally homely feel. Located in the Maitama Park, which is a 2-3 minute walk from the popular Farmer's Market, this restaurant should be the perfect restaurant serving the Maitama axis. Unfortunately, there is an inexplicable slowness of service. You will find several diners seated at empty tables while waiting for their never-coming orders. Its also weird that they serve their food in an inner room, behind closes doors, despite having an accessible counter. That's off-putting.

Prompt attendance and delivery and excellent customer care service. Correct dishes and awesome food.

First time I had a meal from here, it was okay but the service was too poor. Took them almost an hour to make delivery to a destination that’s just 5mins away from them. Today was the second time I made an order and it took over 2hrs yet I didn’t recieve the food. This was after the number stopped connecting after placing my order, the dispatch couldn’t call, the person that took my order too wasn’t taking calls. Omo, I’ve never been angry over food before. My whole appetite was ruined. The service is just toooooo poor. Y’all should do better.

Awesome Amala and Gbegiri. I loved every taste of it. I didn't really enjoy the ofada sauce. The sauce tasted like normal tomato stew. Kindly take note. Also, delivery took like forever, though they apologized but I almost rejected it. Met the delivery guy at the close of office on my way home, for a 12pm order.
