So this is definitely my new spot and it's different from the major restaurants we have in Abuja. The atmosphere and ambience is just super cool and their food presentation is also top notch. Though I'd have preferred my Arabian tea served in a flask to keep it warm but I enjoyed the tacos I ordered. It's also not so pricey and the interior is super nice as well
Aladdin was an awesome restaurant for my birthday dinner. Nice ambience, attentive staff. The menu is limited but it works for me cos it’s easier to make up my mind. I enjoyed my nachos, seafood pasta (generous prawns and octopus) and my complimentary birthday dessert. The flavour was very well suited to the Nigerian palate (they use maggi and pepper ) so if you have a more traditional/picky eater they may be pleasantly surprised.
It was a pleasant experience.
Beautiful ambience , Love the drinks ..
However I feel the food was too Arabian I almost din’t have anything that tasted Nigerian , I love jollof so I think you should have one on your menu that is very Nigerian with original taste .
The servers were all very courteous and warm. The meal was sumptuous. I had the Royal Coconut Chicken - 19k. VAT and service charges were an additional estimated 2.5k. The only thing that I found disappointing, as that they had no desert even though it was listed on the menu. I was told deserts were finished.
The ambience was a good one and cosy. Menu is limited, pricy and didn’t taste so great, I think it didn’t merit the price. The service charge was like a cheat after about an hour for the meal to come. Service charge and VAT could actually do another meal.
I strongly recommend a review of the menu to sync with the ambience.
