I went to here after seeing this place on TripAdvisor thought reservations were needed, but they are not unless it’s really busy hotel attendees were super nice and giving us directions. Server was very friendly and approachable. Also had good recommendations. Food was amazing atmosphere was beautiful even got to talk to the head chef I would recommend this place
I was hesitant to come here due to knowing that there is a wait for food. So I had that thought in mind when I came. The set up is nice and cool vibe. I didn’t see on the menu the drink but I saw the photo so I said I wanted this exact one. It took a while for my drink to come. It was literally one drink at a time coming out. I mean literally took a while. It’s a QR code to check the menu items. I didn’t ask about how big the ramen was as I was beyond hungry from the wait. So I ordered the vegan ramen, a veggie spring roll and 4piece tofu roll. Now that’s a lot. The ramen came out first and it was a big portion to me. I mentioned I ordered two other things and I want to cancel since nothing came out and it’s been over an hour and others haven’t received their items. They assured me the appetizer and roll will come. I didn’t want to eat anymore seeing how big it was. They were not canceling the order so I just had those two. I ordered the pina colada as I saw someone order one and I didn’t care for the taste and they never took that off the order.i even tipped but if someone asks to cancel a food order allow that. That was the longest wait for food I’ve ever had. This was longer than a hour wait.
The ramen was ok, the noodles were a little over cooked to me but so many love the food. The spring rolls were ok not bad an all. The roll was ok as well. The drink was the highlight meal.
Would I return, I would have a Togo order, I’ve never waited that long anywhere to eat.
This was a top-notch experience
Went on a Sunday, so it was buffet time (38k per head) comes with complementary 75cl bottled water and a choice of cocktail (refilled available) or mocktail.
Customer service was over the roof, everyone was invested in making sure we had a good time.
At some point I had to stop taking food because I'd had enough. Starters to maindish to side to dessert. Omoo, for that price, it was an experience.
Their spring rolls was lovely, their food was well seasoned and tastee.
Some of their food had some spices I am new to so I didn't enjoy all their meals. I'll however try them again so as to get used to the spices.
I didn't like the fact that the sushi was limited and you couldn't pick the type of sushi you wanted. I asked for extras and the waiter came to say there were no extras and I couldn't get more. For an all you can eat buffet that was disappointing...
For an all you can eat buffet I didn't like the fact that the buns and fried rice was moved around in a trolley and was very limited. If you happen to seat far from where you are visible you might not get served. This almost happened to me.
If you are going alone you'll be made to sit opposite the cooking station (which was clean and spotless) but the heat there can cook you.
I unfortunately didn't go with my atm card so I had to do a transfer and I was made to wait over 1 hour for the transfer to be confirmed.
By the time I left I was already frustrated and unhappy.

4 months agoIt was a send-forth dinner and the experience was worth it. The ambiance drew us in and the food was excellent. Wakame lived up to expectations.
