I made an order, got sent account details, and only after payment did they tell me what I ordered wasn’t available, I asked for refund but they said they don’t do refund. They started suggesting other options like they were doing me a favor. It took over 3 hours for the food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was missing the beef I paid for.
Completely unprofessional, zero communication, and no regard for customers’ time or money. Definitely not ordering from them again.
I made a birthday reservation at the Abuja branch and The manager messed up my order, harassed me for tips and when I didn’t respond insulted me. After blocking him on WhatsApp, he used 2 other lines to insult me calling me all sort of names.
I recently had the pleasure of dinning at EjaNla and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a meal. The service was top notch and I must commend the staff that served me Sandra From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming and attentive.She took the time to explain the menu and made great recommendations based on our preferences. Throughout the meal, she ensured we had everything we needed, checking in regularly without being intrusive. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for the food and the restaurant really enhanced our dining experience. Overall, I just want to commend the management and staff of ejanla. Keep up the good work👍
It's the third time I'm coming with a group of people and 2/3 of 3 dine in experience, my friends and I have had to eat half grilled fish we returned to be properly grilled or abandoned. If you take time to grill fish sent out for delivery because I also do delivery toy office for lunch, why had your dine-in been horrible? I am disappointed and won't be patronizing anymore
