Very poor service but great food
In all my years of dining in restaurants, I’ve never been served a soup with the spoon already in the bowl. I was appalled.
Despite ordering in advance, the waiters didn’t make sure to reconfirm who ordered what and simply placed the food on the table and confusing the entire group.
The way the food was presented on the table didn’t leave anything to be desired. I was shocked that I was at Cilantro, I’ve been to the Lagos branch severally and never had this experience. No one offered us water until we were way into our mains and had to ask for ourselves.
The same confusion happened when the dessert was served. The waiters simply dropped it on the table and expected us to figure it out. This is a terrible way to run a restaurant.
Cutlery was placed inside the plate instead of neatly to each side of the plate. The Chicken Tikka Masala was really good tho, so atleast something good to note.
You guys need to do better! This was my first upscale restaurant experience in Abuja and you guys ruined it proper.
An Indian Pan-Asian restaurant in Abuja, this place is spacious and beautiful, making it perfect for group gatherings. It features a garden area that I didn't have time to explore but hope to visit on my next trip. The meals were enjoyable, and the service was excellent.
Indian fusion cuisine. Amazing authentic food with awesome scenic views. The service was excellent, we were served by a tall dark attentive man who was very polite and pleasant, the manager on duty also came to our table to ensure everything was going well. Food came timely, in the right temperature and tasted great. I recommend.
